About this position:
Technician work critical to the building, installing, and completing system up and maturation activity for production equipment and new model tooling at all auto plants across North America.
Your responsibilities:

Collaborating with spec, manufacturing, design, and production teams for planning and implementation of projects

Reading electrical schematics and Wiring tooling fixtures and other production equipment to print

Completing I/O and function testing for new model tooling and equipment completing quality checks prior to shipping to customer site

Travelling to Auto Plant locations for online installations

Installation of production equipment at auto plants across North America

Creating/adjusting/updating assembly and installation schedules for production equipment

Directing and supervising contractors building and installing production equipment
-
Electrical troubleshooting and debug of equipment
What you need to be successful in the role:
Maintenance program, tooling build shop or robotic program experience, project leadership/planning capability, written and verbal communication skills
Required Work Experience:

2 years’ experience in electrical field or qualifying degree
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
